For as long as I can remember, anxiety was a constant companion in my life. It kept me awake at night, made me worry excessively, and prevented me from enjoying the present moment. I sought professional help and even took medication for many years. They worked, but I felt like I was losing a part of myself and didn’t want to take medication for the rest of my life. Deep down I knew I had to face the root causes of my anxiety, not just mask them. So, that’s when I started to explore alternative ways of coping, such as meditation, cognitive restructuring, self-compassion, and self-care. I learned how to quiet my anxious thoughts, reframe my beliefs, and love and accept myself deeply, unconditionally and with compassion. It was a long and hard journey, but it was worth it. I finally found the inner peace that I longed for and without any medication.

I’ve learned that no one escapes the roller coaster journey of life, even if we try to resist its twists and turns. One thing is certain, life is always going to send us difficulties and challenges that cause stress and anxiety.

In my transformative program, Embracing Anxiety: A Journey to Finding Peace, you’ll explore, enhance, and deepen your awareness of the connection between your stress and anxiety. Discover the patterns of when, where, and how your anxiety arises for you, along with your unique “anxiety breakdown” points during stressful times. You will also acquire techniques to gently quiet your mind with kindness and compassion, allowing you to acknowledge and accept the storms of life while maintaining inner peace of mind and enhancing your overall well-being.

About Miriam

As the creator of M. O. Coaching Solutions, I bring a wealth of expertise as a Board-Certified Coach with an MA in Psychological Counseling, an advanced graduate certification in Mental Health Counseling and over two decades of experience as a counselor in education. I am also certified as a Meditation and Mindfulness teacher and an Empowerment Workshop Trainer. I have successfully coached women dealing with anxiety and have facilitated groups for women who have experienced abusive relationships, empowering them on their journey to finding inner strength, peace and healing. My goal is to offer clients a nurturing, compassionate, and secure space for cultivating inner peace, fostering happiness, and enhancing overall well-being so they can move forward and reach their goals.
